Websites for small businesses
A new website for your business. $499 once. You pay after you approve it.
Synexa is a small web studio in Madrid, Spain, run by Nico Bellon. We build simple, phone-friendly websites for small local businesses, and we're now taking on clients in the US. It starts with a free homepage mockup made from your current site.
How it works
- 01
A free mockup
We make a homepage mockup from the text and photos already on your site. It's private and free, with no obligation.
- 02
Tell us what to change
Reply with what you like and what you don't, and we adjust it.
- 03
The full site in about a week
Up to 5 pages on a private preview link you can check on your phone.
- 04
You approve, then you pay
Happy with it? We send a card invoice for $499 in USD, and once it's paid the site goes live on your domain. If you don't approve, you owe nothing.
What's included
- Up to 5 pages, for example Home, Services, About, Gallery and Contact.
- Works on any phone, with tap-to-call, your hours and a contact form that goes to your email.
- A map for storefronts and a quote form (job type, size, town) for trades.
- Your own photos. Licensed stock photos only if needed, and we tell you which ones.
- Basic Google setup: page titles, descriptions and a link to your Google Business Profile.
- 2 rounds of changes before you approve.
- Changes for the first 30 days after launch are included.
- We connect your domain, including working with whoever set it up for you.
What it costs and what you own
$499one time
- You own the site and your domain stays in your name.
- Free hosting on an account in your name. We hand over the logins and the files.
- Your only ongoing cost is renewing your domain (usually about $15–25 a year).
- No long-term contract and no monthly fee.
- After the first 30 days, any web developer can work on the site, or you can ask us and we'll quote before doing anything.
Demo homepages
Three demo concepts for fictional small-town businesses, made to show the style and what's included. The businesses and their details are invented, and none of it is client work. Each one is labeled on the page.
A roofer
Tap-to-call, a quote form, services and the towns they cover.
Open the demo →A café
Menu, opening hours, directions and a contact form.
Open the demo →An insurance agency
Coverage types, a quote request form and office hours.
Open the demo →Paying, and if you change your mind
Nothing up front, and no card needed for the mockup.
- After you approve the finished site, we send a card invoice in USD from Synexa Business Solutions, S.L. No wire transfers.
- The site stays on the private preview link until it's paid, then it goes live on your domain.
- If you don't approve it, you owe nothing, and we delete the mockup and the preview.
- Revisions, refunds and the rest are written down in plain English in our terms.
Questions
Anything else? Email Nico at hola@synexabusinesssolutions.com.
Who are you?
Synexa Business Solutions, S.L. is a small studio in Madrid, Spain, run by Nico Bellon. Nico is the person you email and the one who builds and checks your site. Madrid is 6 hours ahead of the US East Coast, so changes you send in the evening are usually done by your morning. Spanish company ID (CIF): B93978393.
Why so affordable?
Low overhead, one person you deal with directly, and simple sites with no plugins or software subscriptions to pay for.
What if I don't like it?
You don't pay. If you don't approve the finished site, you owe nothing and we delete the mockup and the preview.
Do you use AI?
We use AI tools to help build. A person checks every page, and nothing about your business is invented: no reviews, awards, years or prices you didn't give us.
What do you need from me?
Your OK to use the text and photos on your current site, your notes on the mockup, and about 10 minutes to approve the finished site.
I run a vacation rental or a B&B.
Your booking system stays exactly as it is. The Book Now button and availability stay connected to the booking engine you already use. We never publish rental addresses.
I run a clinic.
No patient photos, ever. The contact form asks for no health details.
Is the site accessible?
We follow basic good practice, like readable contrast, clear text sizes and descriptions for images. We don't promise legal accessibility compliance.
