Listing videos for rentals
Turn your listing photos into ready-to-post videos. First one free.
A 30-second video plus 4 vertical clips per property, made from the photos you already have, ready within 48 hours of your go-ahead. $80 per property, and no card needed for the first one.
The sample
Sample made for a demo property (AI-generated villa). Your video uses your own real photos. Villa Palma is fictional: its images and the camera motion in this sample were generated with AI to show the format. Your video is made in our Classic style, with camera moves over your real photos and nothing generated or added.
What you get for each property
- One 30-second horizontal video (16:9, 1080p).
- Four vertical clips (9:16, 1080×1920, 8–15 seconds each), one per feature.
- An end card with the property name and your booking link or logo.
- A version with licensed music and one without music.
- One round of changes.
- MP4 files emailed to you, ready within 48 hours of your go-ahead and photos.
The 4 vertical clips
- The viewWhat guests see first

Classic style: your real photos, nothing invented
We add slow camera moves (push-in, pan, parallax) to your real photos, a light color grade, and a title and end card. That's it.
- Nothing added to or removed from your property: no rooms, views or amenities that aren't in your photos.
- You approve it before anything is posted.
- The files are yours to use, with no time limit.
- We never post your photos or videos anywhere without your written OK.
- If your photographer's license limits video use, tell us and we'll stop.

Want more properties? $80 each, or $59 each when you order 5 or more at once.
Where to use them
- Instagram and Facebook: Reels, stories and posts.
- Your Google Business Profile, which takes videos up to 30 seconds.
- Your own booking site, where direct bookings avoid Airbnb and Vrbo service fees.
Standard Airbnb listings are photo-only (checked October 5, 2026), so these videos aren't for the Airbnb listing itself. Vrbo reviews every video and doesn't accept slideshows of still photos, so we don't promise Vrbo will accept it.

Who are you?
Synexa Business Solutions, S.L. is a small studio in Madrid, Spain, run by Nico Bellon. Nico is the person you email and the one who checks every video. Spanish company ID (CIF): B93978393.
Why is the first one free?
So you can judge the result with your own property before paying anything. No card, no obligation.
What do you need from me?
Your listing link or your photos, and your OK that you're allowed to use them for your own marketing.
Is any of it made with AI?
Not in Classic style: nothing is generated. Every shot is one of your own photos with camera motion added, plus a title and end card. The Villa Palma sample above is the exception: it's a fictional demo made with AI, and it's labeled as one.
How do I pay?
By card invoice in USD, after you've approved the videos. No wire transfers. The full rules are in our terms.
What time zone are you in?
Madrid is 6 hours ahead of the US East Coast, so changes you send in the evening are usually done by your morning.
Your first property is free. No card needed.
