Terms for websites and listing videos

Who we are

These terms are between your business and Synexa Business Solutions, S.L. (Spanish company ID B93978393), Paseo de Martínez Campos 26, 9.º 2, 28010 Madrid, Spain, hola@synexabusinesssolutions.com. Our services are for businesses, not consumers. When you give us the go-ahead by email, you accept these terms. Anything we agree in writing for your project (in an email is fine) takes priority over them.

Websites ($499, one time)

What's included: up to 5 pages, phone-friendly, with tap-to-call, a contact form to your email and your hours; a map or a quote form where it fits; basic Google setup; and connecting your domain. The full list is on the websites page.
How it works: a free homepage mockup first, then the full site in about a week on a private preview link.
Revisions: 2 rounds of changes before you approve. After launch, changes in the first 30 days are included. Changes are edits to what we built (text, photos, layout); new pages or new features are quoted separately, and only done if you agree to the price.
Hosting and domain: the site is hosted on a free account in your name, and we hand over the logins and files. Your domain stays in your name, and renewing it is your cost.
Going live: the site goes live on your domain once it's paid. Until then it stays on the private preview link.
After 30 days: there's no ongoing service. Any web developer can work on the site, or you can ask us for a quote.

Listing videos ($80 per property)

What's included per property: one 30-second horizontal video, four vertical clips of 8–15 seconds (view, living area, bedroom, outdoors), an end card, versions with and without licensed music, and one round of changes.
First property free: your first property is free, with no card and no obligation.
Price: $80 per property after that, or $59 per property when you order 5 or more at once.
Delivery: within 48 hours of your go-ahead and your photos, as MP4 files by email.
Classic style: camera motion on your real photos. We don't add or remove rooms, views or amenities.
Where you can post it: anywhere you like. We don't promise that any platform will accept or promote it.

Payment

Nothing is paid up front. After you approve the finished work, we send a card invoice in US dollars. No wire transfers. Please pay within 14 days of the invoice. If you never approve the work, you owe nothing.

Ownership and photos

Websites: once paid, you own the site we built for you: the design, the code and the text we wrote. You may change it, move it or hand it to someone else.
Videos: once paid (or once delivered, for your free first property), you may use the files for your business anywhere and with no time limit. The music in the music version is licensed for use inside that video only.
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to use your text, photos and logo only to make your site or videos.
Your photos: you confirm you're allowed to use the photos you give us or that are on your website. If your photographer's license limits their use, tell us and we'll stop.
Stock photos: we only use licensed stock if needed, and we tell you which ones.
Showing your work: we never post your site, photos or videos as an example anywhere without your written OK.

Refunds and cancellation

Before you approve: you can stop at any time, for free. We delete the mockup, preview or videos.
After you pay: because you only pay for work you've already seen and approved, we don't normally refund it. If something we delivered doesn't work as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it; if we can't, we'll refund what you paid for that item.
From our side: we may decline or stop a project before you approve it, at no cost to you.
There are no subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel afterwards.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help with the work, and a person checks everything before you see it. We don't invent facts about your business, such as reviews, awards, years or prices. In Classic videos nothing is generated with AI: every shot is one of your own photos, with camera motion added.

Liability

We do the work with reasonable care. We don't promise any particular result, such as more calls, bookings or search rankings. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or bookings. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

We are a Spanish company, so these terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute goes to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless the law says otherwise. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems are solved in one reply.
